1) Who We Are

DBINVEST FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC is licensed by the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) under a Category 5 license to arrange and advise on introductions to financial services. In this capacity, DBINVEST FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC acts solely as an Introducing Broker

2) Separate Legal Counterparty

When you proceed to open a trading/investment account, your account will be opened, maintained, and serviced by DB Invest Limited, a regulated securities dealer in Seychelles. DB Invest Limited is the counterparty to your transactions and is responsible for onboarding, account documentation, execution of orders, custody/segregation of client funds and assets (where applicable), pricing, statements, corporate actions, and trade reporting.

3) Scope of Our Services (Introducing Broker Only)

• We provide marketing, client introductions, and non-transactional client support
• We do not provide order execution, custody, dealing services, portfolio management, or safekeeping of assets.
• We may provide general information about products or services offered by DB Invest Limited; such information is not personal investment advice or a recommendation tailored to your circumstances.

4) No Advice & Suitability

Nothing on this website or in our communications should be construed as investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for assessing product suitability and seeking independent professional advice as needed.

5) Onboarding, Contracts & Disclosure

• You will contract directly with DB Invest Limited under its client agreements, risk disclosures, and policies.
• Your eligibility to open and maintain an account is determined solely by DB Invest Limited and subject to its KYC/AML checks and internal approvals.
• All fees, commissions, spreads, financing charges, and product-specific risks are defined in DB Invest Limited’s documentation

6) Funds & Assets

All client money and assets (if applicable) related to your account are held by or under the control of DB Invest Limited in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations applicable to that entity. DBINVEST FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC does not hold client money or client assets.

7) Remuneration & Conflicts of Interest

DBINVEST FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC may receive introducer/referral fees, revenue share, or other compensation from DB Invest Limited when you open and/or maintain an account or trade. We maintain policies to identify and manage potential conflicts of interest.

8) Complaints

• Trading/account complaints (e.g., pricing, execution, withdrawals, statements) must be submitted to DB Invest Limited and will be handled under its complaints policy.
• Marketing/introducing complaints related to DBINVEST FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC can be sent to: support@dbinvest.ae. We will acknowledge and address them in line with our internal policy and applicable UAE regulations.

9) Regulatory Status & Cross-Border Access

• DBINVEST FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC is regulated in the UAE by the SCA as a Category 5 firm limited to arranging/introducing activities.
• DB Invest Limited is regulated as a securities dealer in Seychelles.
• Access to products/services may be restricted in certain jurisdictions; you are responsible for ensuring that accessing these services is lawful in your country of residence.

10) Risk Warning

Trading and investment in financial instruments involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You can lose all or more than your initial investment due to market volatility, leverage, and other factors. Consider whether you understand how the products work and whether you can afford the risks involved. Read all risk disclosures provided by DB Invest Limited before proceeding.

11) Data Sharing & Privacy

To facilitate your introduction and potential account opening with DB Invest Limited, DBINVEST FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC may share your contact details and relevant onboarding information with DB Invest Limited, subject to applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Notice. For details on how DB Invest Limited processes your data, please refer to its privacy policy.

12) Marketing Communications

By submitting your details, you consent to being contacted by DBINVEST FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC regarding introductory services and by DB Invest Limited regarding account opening and servicing. You may opt out of marketing at any time.

13) No Offer or Solicitation

14) Website Terms & Changes

15) Governing Law (Website Terms)

These website Terms & Disclosures (as they relate to DBINVEST FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC’s introducing activity) are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes relating to your trading account are governed by the laws and dispute-resolution provisions set out in DB Invest Limited’s customer agreements.
